INGREDIENTS
2 cups chopped Fuji or Gala apples
1 cup steel-cut oats
1/3 cup plain protein powder containing about 100 calories per serving
5 packets no-calorie sweetener such as like Truvia
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoon maple extract
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 3 – 4 hours or 7 – 8 hours

1 . Use a sprayed slow cooker, add protein powder and stir with 2 cups warm water until homogenous.
2 . Then, add all other ingredients, and mix to combine.
3 . Cook covered on high for 3 – 4 hours or on low for 7 – 8 hours, until oats are cooked through, the liquid is absorbed, and apples are delicate.
