Yield: 8 servings (roughly 1 cup each, 6 Freestyle points per serving)
7 cups cooked penne pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
1 cup light alfredo sauce (I used Bertolli)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup mozzarella part skim shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir together the cooked noodles, chicken, alfredo sauce, garlic powder and parsley.
Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted
