Cookies and Cream Yogurt – Weight Watchers

Yield: 2 servings (each serving is 1/2 cup, 2 Freestyle points per serving)

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free, fat free vanilla instant pudding powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Oreo thins

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, pudding powder and vanilla extract.
  2. Put Oreo thins in a zip up bag and crumble them with a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  3. Sprinkle Oreo crumbs into the yogurt and stir together.
