Light yogurt cake

Ingredients for a light yogurt cake, 8 parts:

2 propoints the share (weight watchers)

3 smartpoints the share (weight watchers)

2 smartpoints Freedom on the part (weight watchers)

100 g of cottage cheese or yoghurt at 0% in pots (the pot will be used as a measure)

1 jar of sugar (just 50 g)

1 jar of flour (50 g)

1 jar of cornflour (50 g)

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla aroma or lemon zest

Process of the recipe:

In a salad bowl, empty the pot of white cheese. Keep the pot that will serve as a measure.

Add a jar of sugar, yeast, 1 jar of flour and 1 jar of cornflour.

Mix well and add the eggs. Mix well vigorously so that there are no lumps.

Add olive oil and vanilla aroma or lemon zest. Mix well.

Put the mixture in a cake tin or other, not too big.

Put in a hot oven for about 40 minutes at 170 °

Let cool and enjoy.


Here is a cake with yoghurt but much lighter!

The classic yoghurt cake is 8 propoints or 9 smartpoints! So 3 times less caloric!

Fluffy, fragrant and good, but it’s still a yogurt cake not moist enough for my taste 🙂

For more greedy without additional points, you can add fruit in this cake with yogurt (apples, pears, bananas, red fruits …).
