Ingredients

  • 2 brown (overripe) plantains (peels brown), peeled and cut in half lengthwise and across, or into thick round slices
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (refined or virgin)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt

Directions
